This website sets no cookies

This website is entirely static and contains no script. It sets no cookie, uses no analytics tool and sends no data to any third party when you visit. That is why no banner is shown to you.

Data processed, purposes and legal bases

Email address. It identifies your account and receives sign-in codes as well as information about your subscription. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

Device identifier. A random identifier is generated by the software the first time it runs on each computer. It contains no hardware data and cannot identify you outside your account. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

Hardware fingerprint. A value computed from your computer’s name, its system and its network address, turned into an irreversible fingerprint from which those elements cannot be recovered. It is used solely to check that a free trial has not already been granted to that machine. It grants no access and is never used to identify you. Legal basis: the publisher’s legitimate interest in not seeing the free trial renewed indefinitely.

Connection log. Every call to the activation service is recorded with its date, the route called, the device identifier and the IP address. This data enforces the one-simultaneous-device rule and detects fraudulent use. Legal basis: the publisher’s legitimate interest in protecting its service.

Billing data. The amount, date, country and applicable tax are kept in order to issue invoices and meet accounting and tax obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.

No data about the content you watch is sent to the publisher. Your IPTV subscription credentials never leave your computer: they are encrypted by your operating system’s keychain.

Recipients

Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, for card payment processing and invoicing.

Resend, Inc., for delivering the emails containing sign-in codes.

OVH SAS (France) and Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), which host the activation service and the database.

No data is sold, rented or passed on for advertising purposes.

Transfers outside the European Union

The servers processing your data are located in the European Union. Some providers belong to groups established in the United States; any transfers are governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Retention periods

Connection log: twelve months.

Sign-in codes: fifteen minutes, then deleted.

Account and device identifiers: until the account is deleted, then thirty days.

Hardware fingerprint tied to a trial: two years, beyond which a new trial would no longer be abuse.

Billing documents: seven years, in accordance with Belgian accounting legislation.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Deletion of your account may be requested at any time; it entails the loss of the current subscription, with no refund of periods already started.

These rights are exercised by writing to contact@zondaplayer.me. A reply is provided within one month.

If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.

Automated decision

The one-simultaneous-device rule is applied automatically, without human intervention. It interrupts playback in progress but has no consequence for your account or your subscription, and produces no legal effect concerning you.
